(genre/instrument, experience, teaching experience, etc) Please provide a brief description of the program or event. (Instrument(s), concepts, “message”, length.) Do you have a school or student in mind? If so, which? (Note - To receive MOX funding a school must have a majority Title I or free-lunch eligible student population, or another way to demonstrate lack of resources.) Can the school or student contribute any funding? If so, how much? Please list any other communities or schools in which you'd like to present. Please provide an estimated total budget for your program. (Include musician fees, travel if not a local event, etc. A range or "ballpark" is acceptable.) Can you accept Paypal or Zelle? Please include anything else you'd like to share. Additional: The artist or management must provide confirmation from the school that they are interested in your program and if any additional funding can be provided. This can be an email or letter. Once the funding from The MOX Project is approved, we will need confirmation that the school has scheduled the program. This can be an email, letter, or school flyer, though it is recommended to have a contract with the school. (MOX Project assistance with a contract is available.) We will advance any non-musician fees prior to the program. Musicians will be paid as soon as the program is completed. We request photos and video clips of the event and the completion of a short survey that The MOX Project will send to the school sponsor. Photos and videos are requested within one week of the event. (NOTE: A Title I School is determined by the number of students who qualify for free-or-reduced lunch. School status can be checked on the National Center for Education Statistics website. https://nces.ed.gov/datatools )
